On the margins of the Ninth Review Conference of the Biological Weapons Convention, Japan, Lao PDR, the Philippines, the European Union and UNICRI delivered a joint side event showcasing “Efforts to Strengthen the Implementation of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) in Southeast Asia”.
